Emergency call Plumbers and Electricians
We would be pleased to hear from plumbers and electricians who are prepared to answer out-of-hours and weekend emergency calls. Work is on an adhoc basis, as and when calls are received. Successful applicants would be placed on a call-out rota.
Note: We are not offering full or part-time positions but work on a job-by-job basis
Renewable Energy
We would be pleased to hear from plumbers and electricians who are qualified and experienced in all aspects of renewable energy. This includes:
• Solar Photovoltaic (PV)
• Wind turbine
• Air source heat pump
• Ground source heat pump
• Solar Thermal Hot Water
Country and Town is in the process of establishing a renewable energy arm to the business and is actively looking for subcontractors in this field
The Country & Town Network
We will promote the services of trades people in and around Manchester City Centre, Altrincham, South Manchester and North Cheshire and will ensure that clients get a good job at a fair price and that you do not get tied-up in paper work.

What we ask from you
| • Proof of experience and references |
• Proof of competency e.g. member of a professional body |
• To wear our uniform when working on Country & Town jobs |
• Carry a Country & Town ID card |
• To keep agreed appointments with clients |
• To inform us if you cannot keep appointments |
• To carry £2,000,000 of public liability insurance |
• A Construction Industry Unique Tax Reference (URT) number |
• A National Insurance or Company Registration number |
• To submit required paperwork; e.g. invoices and test certificates |
