We have work available throughout Manchester and Cheshire for qualified and experienced trades people, with the majority of the work in Altrincham and the surrounding area and Manchester City Centre. We will register trades people who can supply proof of qualifications and experience and who have £2 million liability insurance. We would like to hear from all building, finishing and associated trades.
We are particularly keen to hear from electricians who are registered with the NICEIC self certification scheme and from Water Industry Approved plumbers.
Note: We are not offering full or part-time positions but work on a job-by-job basis
The Country & Town Network
We will promote the services of trades people in and around Manchester City Centre, Altrincham, South Manchester and North Cheshire and will ensure that clients get a good job at a fair price and that you do not get tied-up in paper work.
What you can expect from us

What we ask from you
| • Proof of experience and references |
• Proof of competency e.g. member of a professional body |
• To wear our uniform when working on Country & Town jobs |
• Carry a Country & Town ID card |
• To keep agreed appointments with clients |
• To inform us if you cannot keep appointments |
• To carry £2,000,000 of public liability insurance |
• A Construction Industry Unique Tax Reference (URT) number |
• A National Insurance or Company Registration number |
• To submit required paperwork; e.g. invoices and test certificates |
