Property Services
Country & Town’s property services are offered to clients within a 20 mile radius of Altrincham. This area covers Manchester City Centre and most of Greater Manchester. We have developed this offering for private landlords who do not wish to get involved in the day to day management of the properties in their portfolios.
We will take care of all the regular maintenance jobs you have to deal with. This could be annual safety checks, maintenance inspections or general maintenance.

How we can help
Country and Town provide the following services either on a contract basis with the minimum term being three months or on ab ad hoc basis where you use our services as and when you need to.
