Country & Town Maintenance (CTM) confirms that they will undertake to
preserve the privacy of the information that it is necessary for them to collate
on you in order to deal with your enquiry.

CTM collects personal information on a voluntary basis only. Personal
information may include name, address, e-mail address, occupation, etc. You
do not have to submit such personal information in order to obtain access
to the CTM Website. The personal information will be kept and treated
