There are a number of options open to you when you use Country & Town
Option one: Fixed priced quote
We will arrange to meet you to discuss your requirements and view the job. We will then provide you with a fixed price quote that will include materials, labour and all other charges. This service is provided by all of our electricians, plumbers and maintenance men.
Option two: Pay by the hour
You may have a relatively straight forward repair or maintenance task that you would like one of our plumbers, electricians or maintenance men to take care of and would appreciate a keen price. In this case you supply the materials e.g. you have purchased a light fitting that needs installing, and we supply the labour. As well as the tools required to do the job, we would bring with us a range of sundry items such as screws, nails, wall plugs etc. that are required in everyday tasks.
Option three: Day rates
Our electricians, plumbers and maintenance men are available to you on a day rate. You might find this useful if you would like us to take care of a number of jobs. We will do as much as we can for you in one day and would be pleased to work for you on a block-booking of a number of days or on a regular basis such as one day a month.
