Country and Town Maintenance and Country & Town are trading names of Country & Town Limited.
First registered on 16th May 1996, Country and Town Limited now offers electrical and plumbing services to domestic and commercial clients in Manchester and Cheshire. Over the years our electricians and plumbers have encountered many different types of electrical and plumbing installation and can use that experience to provide effective solutions to your property requirements.

Membership of professional bodies
Country and Town are members of the NICEIC Domestic Installers scheme, The Fire Industry Association and are Water Industry Approved Plumbers. We will also use electricians that are members of other government approved 'Part P' schemes such as NAPIT and Elecsa and plumbers who are not members of the Water Industry Approved Plumbers scheme. All gas fitters booked to undertake gas work will be listed on the government Gas Safe register.

Sub-contractors
Country and Town Maintenance will employ sub-contracted labour. We do this to ensure that we are able to provide the tradesperson with the right qualifications and experience to work for you and of course to keep our costs down.

Please note: Country and Town will guarantee the work we undertake for you, but we will not guarantee manufacturers' parts. Manufacturers often offer a 12 month warranty on parts; this will be passed on to you. Services are provided in accordance with our terms of supply. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order and print a copy of these terms for future reference.
Because claims made against the supplier (Country & Town Limited) arising from some act or omission by the supplier (or the supplier's employees or agents) might otherwise be disproportionate to the sums payable by the customer under the contract and so that the supplier can keep those sums as low as possible, it is agreed that the supplier's liability under the contract shall be limited.
